It is not new news that the more government regulations a small business has to comply with, the more human and financial capital are drained away from the potential growth of that company. According to the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), 28% of small employers cited cost as their biggest regulatory problem, 18% cited understanding how to comply as their biggest problem and 17% cited extra paperwork and time delays.
